"Creaking" or "Grinding" sounds (Oasis Mini)Updated 3 days ago

While there's a variety of sounds that we'd expect to hear from the Oasis Mini (humming is normal), there can sometimes be a creaking or grinding when the lubricant for the gears needs a bit more time to get properly distributed.

The best way to combat this grinding and creaking is to run a spiral pattern overnight. In most cases the grease in your Oasis Mini just needs a bit more time to spread out. 

1. Make sure this is the only pattern in your track list is "Spiral in to Out" or "Spiral Out to In." 

2. Navigate to Settings in the upper right corner (thee lines)

3. Select the repeat icon so that it runs continuously

4. Confirm there is no pause between the patterns 

5. Run pattern up to 24 hours
