This one's a bit more ambiguous. There's several things that can cause this to happen. 

We have found 2 corrupted patterns that can cause this.The are called Amber, and Angles and Curves. Both of these patterns have shown issues exclusively with the Oasis Mini. Please delete this pattern if it's in your tracklist, unplug your Oasis Mini, and plug it back in.

If those patterns are not present, we recommend the following steps:

1. Unplug your Oasis device, wait 30 seconds, and plugging it back in
2. If it continues, try a factory reset using these steps
3. If a factory reset has not resolved the issue, please contact support with a short video of the behavior, as well as a screenshot of your pattern list
