Performing a Factory ResetUpdated a month ago
A factory reset will get rid of all of the current settings, pattern list, connectivity information, and software version. All data will be erased and set to the factory settings using the steps below:
- Locate the button on the back of the Oasis device
- Hold down the button and count 15 rotations of the white lights (15 seconds)
- The White lights will continue to spin on your Oasis device for up to 30 seconds after you've let go of the button
- Once the reset is completed, the Oasis device will have soft blue lights that are "breathing"
- You can now connect to your Oasis device using the steps when you Add New Device
You will know this is a factory rest when the default tracklist shows up after you've connected. If your previous track list shows up, you have only reset the WiFi settings.
