If your Oasis Mini encounters an error, the LED's will light up red. The number of illuminated LED's will help identify the type of error. Most often, one of the resetting methods below can resolve these issues. However, there are some other troubleshooting steps depending on the error you receive, and we have some of those steps below.


Below the error code list, there are other known errors and troubleshooting steps that are not coded by Red LED's.

If this continues after resetting, contact support.

Cannot Connect to WiFi

Reset the WiFi Settings

Failed to Open Track

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. 

If this continues after power cycling, contact support.

Not enough memory to begin Software Upgrade

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. 

If this continues after power cycling, contact support.

Error While Trying to Update Software

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. 

If this continues after power cycling, contact support.

Error While Trying to Download new Firmware

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try performing a factory reset.

If it fails to download new Firmware after a factory reset, please contact support.

Error While Reading the Upgrade File

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Then attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try leaving the app while it downloads the file.

If you receive an error after leaving the app while downloading, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

Failed to Start Downloading the Upgrade File

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try leaving the app while it downloads the file.

If you receive an error after leaving the app while downloading the file, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

Error Downloading Track

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try leaving the app while it downloads the file.

If this error continues after leaving the app while downloading the track, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

Error Opening File (general)

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

Failed to delete file

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try leaving the app while it downloads the file.

If it fails after leaving the app while downloading, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

The Job File Errored Out, or is Corrupted

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try performing a factory reset.

If it fails to download new Firmware after a factory reset, please contact support.

Wrong power adapter, or Power Adapter has become damaged

Try the original Power Adapter and cable, or Try another 5V power adapter.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact support.

Failed to update (general)

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, try leaving the app while it downloads the file.

If it fails after leaving the app while downloading, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to download the file after a factory reset, please contact support.

Failed to Find Center

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, perform a factory reset.

If it fails to center after a factory reset, please contact support with a photo or short video of the behavior.

Failed While Centering

Unplug the Oasis Mini, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.Then Attempt to update again. 

If this error continues after power cycling, perform a factory reset.
