How to Make the Sand Smooth and EvenUpdated a month ago

1. Rip open the included bag and pour it into the center of Oasis Mini

We do not recommend using more than one bag at a time, but you're welcome to experiment.

2. Use the included rake to smooth the sand as best you can. Make sure you get the edges too! It doesn't need to be perfect

3. Run a spiral pattern in the app. "Spiral In to Out" is a good choice

All done! You should have a thin covering of sand that's relatively even. A thin layer provides the best detail for designs, and the packet included with your Oasis Mini is weighed to ensure that you get exactly the right amount.
