Permanent White Circling LED'sUpdated a month ago

Very rarely, the Oasis Mini can error in a way where the white LED's do not stop circling when it's first plugged in. This is often caused by a corrupted firmware, and we have 2 steps listed below for fixing this:

1. We first recommend Manually Update your Firmware Via USB
2. If the USB Update fails or your Oasis Mini's serial number starts with 2047, please update your Oasis Device by connecting to a cellular Hotspot
   Note: If possible, we recommend using 2 cellphones for this: one to connect to the Oasis device, and another acting as the hotspot
